September 24th, 2009. Several girl friends and I hiked up Pike’s Peak this weekend. The climb was long. It was tough at times. And we were definitely worn out by the end. Still, huge success for the home team! Best of all, the view from the top was amazing! We were up so high, I felt like I could touch the clouds floating in the wide expanse of sky. And peering out from the summit, I could see beautiful mountains, valleys, and lakes for miles around. Something has changed within me. Of someone else's game.
