A Different Life from a Different View. A Little About Me. Author Archives: Kristin's Perspective. June 17, 2016. I went to a worship night in Portland, Oregon tonight- It was amazing. The Lord was moving, the Spirit changing lives, (mine included) the worship leader was on point, and the band was great! I met two girls my age who have a passions for missions, and the Lord. We spoke for a bit, and prayed for each others lives. Overall, possibly one of the best nights of 2016 so far. Rams in the Thicket.

Friday, June 8, 2012. 1 1/2 cups cake flour, sifted. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1 teaspoon grapefruit zest. 4 tablespoons grapefruit juice. 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Pour into cupcake cups. Fill to the top since this mixture doesn't expand that much. Bake for about 18 minutes. Let cool on cake rack. Grapefruit Buttercream Cream Cheese Frosting. 1/2 (6 ounce) package cream cheese, softened. 3 tablespoons grapefruit juice. 5 cups powdered sugar.

Bottom tier was milk chocolate and dark chocolate cake. Middle tier was Autumn Spice Cake. Top tier was vanilla and dark chocolate cake. All iced in sweet buttercream with fondant decorations.
