Design 3 typographic broadsheets using the phrase ‘Oops! One broadsheet using only the letter-press, the second using the computer, and the third utilizing hand rendered type. The resulting series are cohesive yet distinctive, and push the limits of legibility and type as image.

Using only hand rendered type, create a movie poster for Stephen King's short story Autopsy Room 4. Finger painting and a letter stencil provided a perfect mix of gore and stressed typography.

Create a visual identity and website layout that is distinctive with an adherence to the 'web 2.0' aesthetic. The final logo is clean, web-friendly and has subtle references to digital photo imaging and heat. The website layout is easy to access and looks clean and professional.

Re-design a complete visual identity program for a transport company 'Pacific Coast Express PCX'. The final trademark is an upgrade of PCXs original mark. PCX had used a literal outline of the North American continent for quite some time, and in the. Interest of preserving some of the PCX history the map was simplified and. Stylized to suggest efficiency, technology and contemporary concerns.

Create a visual identity for a machining and component design company that is abstract enough to allow brand relevance to remain as the company expands services and expertise. Machined parts and the concept of machine design were sources of inspiration. The logo mark is a 'component' that can be used to create more complex forms and supporting marks for a visual identity that is flexible and exciting.

Artist, designer, woodworker. At the Gate is a relational and participatory work that is constituted by interactions between myself and others. It begins with the people that hold the medical and legal power in my gender transition. A work that renders the artist invisible to its participants, At the Gate is an exploration of how the intention of art making and collaboration alters the relationships between myself and my gatekeepers. At the Gate, 2013. At the Gate, 2013. What are we doing to remember?

The Method
Domingo, 22 de março de 2009. Crescendo, aprendendo e final de lua-de-mel. Over the past couple weeks I've become nearly-completely familiar with Arujá, and in doing so have realized a lot of what I came to Brazil to see or do lie beyond this town. So I've been numerous little jaunts into São Paulo proper, Mogi or Guarolhos - usually without any sort of plan or motive, but simply to explore. Luckily, Brazilians are gregarious and meeting people and making friends isn't too hard. Vinte cinco de Março.
