How does counselling work? How do I start counselling and what to expect? Prior to starting counselling you will be offered a free no obligation telephone consultation, where we have the opportunity to talk about what may have brought you to counselling and what you hope to gain from it. This will give you the option to decide if I am a suitable counsellor, whom you feel you would like to work with. If we decide to proceed we can arrange an initial appointment.
