A Glimpse of 2009. Here We Go Again! Road and Sea Trip. Tyler and I got away for a long weekend. We left on Thursday and went over to the coast, stopping at Tybee Island Beach. It was pretty warm, just really windy. We walked on the beach, out on the pier, and sat until the sun set. We then headed down to Port Canaveral to get on our cruise ship. We cruised on The Monarch of the Seas with Royal Carribean. It was really nice. The crew was all very friendly and the food was great! 2 Comments Leave a comment.

A Glimpse of 2009. Here We Go Again! Poor Alaina was really sick last week. She threw up and ran a high fever for most of the week. Of course, Tyler had to be out of town for the same week. Nana brought pedialyte pops for Alaina. Can you tell she enjoyed them? Nana also brought applesauce to Alaina. She liked this too. She didn’t have much of an appetite and couldn’t keep much down. The Carroll's BIG Adventure! Monday, January 16, 2012. Kevin went on a guys trip ice fishing in Donnelly. Cedar and Honda did join so it wasn't a total guy fest, but those pups can handle it. Cinco de Mayo Meal Planning on the Fly. May 4, 2017. Planning a meal for Cinco de Mayo, but I don’t have the time or funds to stop by the store. I was originally planning a stir fry, but realizing it was the glorious Fifth of May holiday this Friday, I decided to get creative. I ended up planning the enchilada dish below. I can provide more specific step-by-step directions if anyone requests. Day before (May the Fourth be with you). Make roux with coconut oil and chickpea flour (vegan, gluten free).
