October 28, 2012. It isn’t everyday that I am impressed with a restaurant’s mobile site, but I have to admit, Hempen Hill BBQ. I can’t say it is the best BBQ around, but I haven’t tried everything. I was on a road trip from NY to VA when I stopped in for a late lunch to go. Crabcakes sounded good, considering I was in MD, albeit a long way from the Chesapeake Bay out in Hagerstown. Sunday, November 28, 2010. This year, Mommy and Daddy decided to go pick out our Christmas tree on a sunny day, instead of snowy one. We went to the same tree farm as last year, and it was fun walking around the trees, looking at them and comparing. Mommy and Daddy finally decided on this one! Daddy cut it down, all by himself! Then he loaded it up on the little cart. And then I got to help him pull the cart with the tree! It looked so pretty when I came down the stairs! Daddy says I'm a good helper.
