I have woken up with the sun, walked around my neighborhood, actually had time to read my library book and forced to find the best bus route downtown. Thanks for finding me a house. It's nice to have space! A kitchen big enough for more than two people.a table just for art projects.freedom to paint the walls any color, building our very own garden boxes and planting a real herb garden with my favorite herbs for cooking and wellness. Monday, May 31, 2010. In memorial deja vu. My grandmas are gone. I haven't written once since last year, when my mom's mother died. It happened on May 18th, mid morning, at what my mom and most of the local nurses call the "Death Star" (otherwise known as the Intermountain Medical Center in Murray). This year, here I am again because yet again, on May 18th, at the "Death Star," mid morning, my grandma died. This time it was my dad's mom.Is this some kind of crazy trick? Both grandmas gone within one year?

Tuesday, April 28, 2009. I love my job. I really love my job. Even when I have a bomb lesson with energetic 1st graders that have a really hard time paying attention for more than 5 seconds. overall, I still love my job. I work at a garden. Part of my job is to grow plants. to eat. then teach kids how to grow plants. to eat. Then I find other people who know way more about growing food than i do, and hook them up with a workshop so they can teach a whole bunch of adults how grow plants. to eat.

Saturday, May 31, 2008. I finally got my dad's old camera to work, so here are a few photos:). This is the view from the Camden Hills- one of the only places on the Maine Coast around 1000 ' tall instead of 100 '. It's about an hour North of Wiscasset where I live:). One of my housemates Ruthie and I went mountain biking and backpacking here last weekend! Left knobby hills and steep valleys and tonz of meltwater moving through valleys. Ruthie and our little home:). The bugs were plentiful at sunset.
