Rehabbing my strained hip flexor meant no running, no yoga, and no taking the stairs for the last 12 days. In the five weeks that I've lived here, I've had some stellar experiences:. Seeing my sister along the course of my first VA 5K. Finding an excellent church community and joining the choir. Talking to my brother with ease now that we're in the same time zone. Spending time with great friends. Getting outside on the trails by my house. Sunrise on the trail by my house.
