Kansas Uniform Trust Code. JO and CINC Codes. Kansas has enacted the Uniform Trust Code, a uniform law which provides a comprehensive model for codifying the law on trusts. The legislation became effective in Kansas on January 1, 2003. The code was drafted by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws and adapted for use in Kansas by the Judicial Council's Probate Law Advisory Committee.
