Monday, December 13, 2010. 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese. 1/3 cup plain yogurt. 3 Tbsp. brown sugar. 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice or Cinn. 2 apple, chopped, divided. 1/2 cup Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese. 1 small bag finely chopped Pecans divided. Whatever Original Crackers you want. Oven to 375°F. Cream cheese, sugar, and spice in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in 1 apple, and half nuts. Into pie plate or small casserole dish; top with remaining apples, Cheddar and nuts.

Monday, April 19, 2010. 1 small jar peanut butter. 1/2 cup flax seeds. 1 bag of whatever crushed nuts you like (pecans, almonds, walnuts). 1 bag dried fruit you like crasins. 1 bag of whatever chocolate. You want (dark, medium, white). 2 cups uncooked oatmeal. PB and honey stir. Fruit, and nuts stir. Make cookie dough like balls, put in Tupperware. With wax paper in between each set. Place in freezer for 4-6 hours. Them they will be softer. 1 pkg pine nuts. 1 cup bacon crumbles. Salt and pepper to taste.

Made these for Thanksgiving breakfast, and making them again for Christmas morning breakfast! 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1 1/2 cups buttermilk. 1 egg, lightly beaten. 2 tablespoons melted butter (Instead of butter we used a little milk to thin it out). 1/4 cup brown sugar. Monday, July 19, 2010. 1 lb chicken cut up small. 1 can cream of chicken soup. 1 can chicken broth (only if chicken is not frozen). Place in crock-pot and cook 4-6 hours. Shred chicken before serving. 4 cups of long grain white rice (follow directions on pkg). 1 1/2 cups of everything listed below. Chop all in bite size pieces. Monday, April 19, 2010. 1 bowl- 3 shredded chicken breast. 1 lb shredded cheddar cheese. 1 bunch chopped green onions. 2nd bowl- 2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup. 1/2 pint sour cream. 1 can of diced green chilies. Mix small amount of sauce with chicken mix (like tuna fish salad). Grease 9x13 pan and spread sauce on bottom. Put about 1/3 cup of chicken into sauce. Mix into each tortilla roll and place in pan seam side down. Pour remainder of sauce on top of enchiladas. Sprinkle with sliced olives.

Monday, April 19, 2010. 2 pkg cream cheese softened. 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding mix. 1 cup powdered sugar. 1 can crushed pineapple drained. 1 cup Finley chopped pecans. 1/2 pkg of chocolate chips. 1 box gram cracker sticks. In medium bowl mix the first 4 ingredient- freeze overnight. After removing from freezer mold into shape. Mix pecans, choc. chips together. Use grams for dipping! 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs. 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips. 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips. These are my FAVEY!

I am making this pie for Thanksgiving along with my oreo cream pie (you can find recipe below). I always requested this pie for my birthday. Carrot Cake w/ Cream Cheese Frosting. 190; cup applesauce. 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained well. 1 cup brown sugar. 2 tsp baking soda. 2 tsp baking powder. 189; tsp salt. 188; tsp nutmeg. 3 cups shredded carrots. 1 cup chopped pecans (optional). Combine first seven ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir dry mixture into wet mixture. Fold in carrots and nuts.

Friday, December 10, 2010. 1 white or vanilla cake mix. 8 table spoons (1 stick) butter, melted. Line your muffin tins and preheat oven to 350. Mix all engredents for 1 minute on low then scrape down sides. Continue to mix for 2 more minutes. Pour into muffin liners about 3/4 full.
