今日たまたま唐木順三の 科学者の社会的責任 についての覚え書 ちくま学芸文庫 をぱらぱらとめくっていた時に、印象的な一節を見つけたのでご紹介したい。 同じく 論語 に、 徳は孤ならず。 例えば立花隆は 天皇と東大 で蓑田を、狂信的に赤狩りを行ったといった類の評価しかしていないが 下巻55頁等 、蓑田胸喜の思想は全くそういうものではない。 片山杜秀が 彼らには彼らなりの批判の論理が一応あったのであり、その思想排撃の論説の中には、今日もなお読み込むに値するものがある から、 どうして 戦時中の一時期の悪夢としか言いようのないもの とまとめて片づけてしまうことができようか。 たしかに蓑田は左右に関わらず体制を変革する思想を攻撃し、 マルクス主義である と決め付けたが 蓑田にとっての マルクス主義 とはカール マルクスの思想と言うよりは現行の秩序を乱す思想の象徴であっただろう 、現状にまったく問題がないと思っていたわけでもない。 筆者がかくいふ 国家社会主義批判の中で私有財産制度を廃止することの不可能性を説いた のは、断じて 私有財産制度の神聖不可侵 を説かんとするものではない。 何よりも 天壌無窮神州不滅 で...
