Neděle 11. září 2011. First moments in Guadalajara. So there's a brief review of what happened since I departed from Prague. I'm alive and the 16 hours spent in planes wasn't so bad. I was just a little bit nervous in Atlanta thanks to a customs officer - still don't know if he did that on purpouse or was incompetent - tha fact is I had to spend an hour waiting in his line (which was disturbing knowing I had only two hours to change the planes). Pátek 28. října 2011. Takže předně: je šílená. Ne tak jak v Maroku, chybí tu povozy tažené osly, ale je. Problém je primárně v řidičích, kteří nemají ani špetku ohleduplnosti vůči nikomu. Takže bodově co jsem tu zatím viděl:. Civilní auto s houkačkou - netuším co to mělo znamenat, ale nemělo majáček, označení, uvnitř nikdo v uniformě, jen houkalo. Po cestě do Puerto Vallarta nám názorně ukázali, že ani dvojitá plná čára není zeď. Během jednoho týdne jsem zahlédl 2 různé Porsche 356. A později i toto.

Rozhodně jsem neměl pocit, že by v Morelii (hlavní město), nebo někde jinde v celém státě bylo nějak nebezpečno. A to (mimo států na severu, u hranic s USA) prý spolu s Veracruz patří k nejvíce zasaženým válkou mezi narkomafií a vládou. Kostel sopku skoro ustál. S turisty stejně jako s dobytkem :).
