We went to Ditan Park, which is where the Temple of the Earth is located. This must be a really beautiful place in the spring and summer, because it was very nice in winter. Empty Nest Eppie's Way. Saturday, August 20, 2011. AFRICA - Nov 13, 2010. This morning we left Nairobi to go on the actual safari part of our trip. This is the jeep and driver that we had for the first few days of the trip. Because we would be traveling with 6 people in this jeep and be gone for 6 days we had to travel light. Empty Nest Eppie's Way. Tuesday, June 22, 2010. The final morning I went to a place called Hong Kong Arts and Crafts. It is a large building that had loads of crafts made by locals. This was a very expensive place. I very much enjoyed walking around and seeing everything. Empty Nest Eppie's Way. Friday, January 27, 2012. STARTING A NEW ADVENTURE. Mid January, we began the process of packing our things. We were moving to Beijing China. We had 4 different catagories to separate our things into. 1 - what was going in our suitcases with us to China; 2 - what was going in the air shipment to China; 3 - what was going to China in a surface shipment; and 4 - what was being left for storage in Saudi Arabia. Just to stay in touch with family. January 4, 2009. Beach and DISNEYLAND here we come! After christmas we headed off to sunny california. spent some time at the beach. the kids loved that. ellie found a lot of sea shells to add to her collection. sarah and zac loved the waves hitting them and got soaking wet. it was cute. it w. Wednesday, July 30, 2008. Well, Megan is finally getting baptized on the 1st of August.This friday. We are so excited. We were finally able to work out our work schedules so that Neil could baptize her and I can watch.Yay! It's going to take place in the same ward we barely moved out of because our records are still in that ward and the bishop already interviewed her.
