I luv my life. Saturday, October 27, 2007. I so so so stupid.i misunderstood what my supervisor said for 3rounds of experiment.i thought 3 rounds means do 2 replicates, means 3plates for every different concentration and thickness. I still stupid, email my supervisor asked him about my progression, after read his reply, i only realized i'm the most stupid person.to misunderstand that! He said i should finish my 1st round of experiment by now. 3 rounds = 240plates. U not even reach half of the 1st round!
