TSHの値が生後高く、甲状腺機能低下症の疑いがあるとのことで受診。甲状腺ホルモンの値は正常値だし、未熟児ではまああることらしいけど、小児内分泌腺専門外来受診となった。結局は、値が下がってきているので大丈夫そうという結論に至りひと安心だったけど、貧血Hb7台だったので鉄剤が増えてしまった。さらに、診察で、停留精巣と言われた。カルテには書いてあったらしいけど、今までいわれてなかったからちょっとビックリ。一歳までに下降してくることも期待できるけど、どうだろう。機能を含めて正常化してほしいなあ。弟くんは、軽度だけど未熟児網膜症で、来月眼科受診予定。体重差があるので、搾乳した母乳を兄さんは60ml、弟くんは70mlからスタートしたが、あれよあれよと増え（足りないアピールするもんだから）、数日で兄さん80ml、弟くん100mlとなった。それにまだ3000gいかないくらいなのに搾乳した母乳だけではすぐに足りなくなり、凍結した母乳ストックを切り崩し始めたらどんどんなくなっていった・・・。 12539;足りないにしても大量の母乳を生産することになり、母体の体力的に大丈夫か？弟は、呼吸が心配され&...
