Peace be the Journey. January 24, 2013. I cut off my locs! Plus I noticed my hairline was leaving me. And I noticed clean spots in between the locs. My head would be sore and I didn't loc tight. I guess it was from the tension. So first I cut the sides down and went a little too far on one side. And noticed I had some very thin spots that I didn't even know about. Peace be the Journey. April 08, 2011. Update on my daughter's locs. It's been a little over a year since my last post and my daughter's locs have matured and grown so much. So much in fact that she takes every chance she can get to tease me about it. "I'm coming for ya! She says. I tell her she can't touch my locs, I'm fierce! And on and on. One spray bottle has a generous squirt of grape seed oil and half a tube of smooth n shine and the rest is distilled water.
