A Blog of some things interesting, and many that aren't. The Making of a BMW 2002 Engine. Engine was torn down, this is a picture with staging the underdrive pulley (before EDIS trigger wheel), and drive pulley for the 80AMP alternator. This meant that at idle, the battery would discharge. As the original intent was to race, this meant high RPMs for the car. Needless to say, the 80AMP racing alternator was replaced with a stock alternator. E210 Head with Schrick 292 CAM. The bore size is right at 80mm.

Driver side door is good. My old B5 S4 pictured at the old house. :( I miss it osme days. I Cut away rust and replaced rear with one piece of sheet metal. It's ok work.
