This is what we, more or less, live on during the summer when I can get wonderfully fresh, local veggies for a song. This week was particularly good. Keep in mind I don't really measure and I use what I have at hand, so feel free to throw in what you like. Double handful of okra, sliced 1/2 inchish rounds. My idea of hell.

When I was a young monkey, the Old Woman and I had a regular game/conversation that kept us occupied when standing in line or sitting in a waiting room . . . well two . . . the first was creating elaborate plans for if we won millions and millions of dollars in the lotto or publisher's clearing house. The other is probably better left to another post. There is a new place we plan to try, Latitude 29. My idea of hell.
