One of these will be a 30-60-minute walk/jog, and the other will be either a kung fu class, strength and conditioning class, or fitness centre session (swimming/cycling/etc). After 4 months of training, I achieved all the Goal 3 targets except one: breaking a brick with my bare hands (because I didn’t learn ‘hard qigong’). But here’s what I DID learn:.
