ORANGE CUPCAKE / KEK OREN. 300 gm gula [kakliza kurangkan gula 280 gm]. 5 biji telur (guna 4 biji putih sahaja - satu lagi pi aarr goreng). 320 gm tepung gandum. 1 sudu teh baking powder. 2 sudu besar fresh orange juice. 2 sudu besar sunquick (kalau takde pun takpe). 1 sudu teh orange paste. Setitik warna oren atau pun kuning telur. (ikut suka arrr). Mula-mula mama kasik putau butter ngan gula sampai kembang. Pastu mama masukkan telur satu-satu sampai kembang dgn high speed.

Divide batter evenly among liners, filling each about one-third full. Bake until tops spring back when touched, about 20 minutes, rotating pan once if needed. Transfer to a wire rack; let cool completely. 400 gram cooking chocolate, chopped coursely.
