普段はアルコール類を一切口にしないのに，ここ数日仕事関係で食事をすることが続き，勧められるままにワインなんか飲んでしまう。就寝前にはもう酔いは醒めているつもりでいるのに，それでも眠剤を飲んで寝ると翌朝起きられない。かといって眠剤を飲まないと眠れない，というか眠った気がしない。眠剤に限ったことではなくて，単に気分がすぐれないからといってアスピリンとか市販の感冒薬などを飲んだり，そんな病気でもないのに薬を飲まずにいられないというのは，薬ではどうにもならない病気なのだろうと思うようになってずいぶん経つ。それを思い煩うときはきまって自分にうまく向き合えないときだ。たとえば，ろくに仕事なんかしないで何年も適当に過ごしたあげくの果てに，仕事関係で誰かと食事をしても話の輪に入れずに苦笑いしながら話を聞いているふりをするしかないときだ。 宇宙のへりから飛び降りるのに理由は一つ，それは記録を打ち立てるためではなくて，生きて家に還ること。 精神科クリニックを受診した。8月下旬から3週ごとに診察を受け，今日で3回目である。 午後はまとまった仕事をするつもりだったが，夕方になると体中がバキバキになっていて呼吸もつ...
