Don't criticize, condemn, or complain. モチベーションのコントロールについて チームリーダー編 →. よく 例の件で… という始め方をしている方はいませんか 受け手側は発信側と全く同じ思考回路を持っているわけではありません。 例の件 で通じるぐらいの密な信頼関係があれば話は別ですが、大抵は これから報告する点についての主題 を冒頭に付け加える事が重要だと考えます。 また、今回の発信が 報告 なのか 連絡 なのか 相談 なのかもハッキリとさせておく事も重要です。 私もよく話の途中から だから、つまり何だよ…… と意識が向かい事がよくあります。 論拠としてよく使うネタとして 自身の考察 体験談 実例 客観的なデータ などがあります。 これは、前述した通り、 結論を先に言ったら怒られるかもしれない という想いを抱きつつも、勇気を持って 結論先行 で報告してきたわけですので、とにかく論拠を待ちましょう。 人によってはガツンと 結論を先に言え と言うかもしれませんが……。 モチベーションのコントロールについて チームリーダー編 →.

Kuroyan's Insight - Don’t criticize, condemn, or complain. -. 続く — kuroyan@サーバントリーダー (@kuroyan insight) March 7, 2018 人生一度は雇用元を変えるのもアリかなと思い、転職することにした。 新卒向けに 叱られ方研修 なるものが開催されている イマドキの新卒が早期離職するのを防ぐ のが目的 様々な意見が集う さて、おそらく研修をさせた側の目的は、 今の新人はメンタルが弱いので、あらかじめ 叱られ方 の研修をする事で事前に耐性を身につけてほしい ではないかと自分は推測している。 上司と新入社員ともなると世代が異なるケースが多く、また最近の新入社員は 世代 と揶揄されて一種の.. 良いように丸め込まれている 本当ではない事を本当の事のように言う 裏があると疑いたくなる 話術を適切に使うことは、コミュニケーションを円滑に進める上で重要である事をここに書いてみようと思う。 色々な場面において、 コミュニケーションは大事 という言葉が使われると思うが、その先の ではどうすべきか まで言ってくれた人は居ない。
