Monday, July 18, 2011. They said this was the first year in the history of the pageant when there was no rain at all. The days have also been fairly moderate. It has been beautiful. The problem is the farmers are all complaining. The corn is all late coming because of no rain. Thunderstorms are scheduled for this week so maybe that will get better. We are so excited to hear from all of you at the reunion next week. Thank you to Sandy and Kurt for planning it and to all who will help. We love you all.

Monday, January 16, 2012. Special Day In The Temple. It Does Snow In Upstate New York. Special Day In The Temple. This morning was a special day. Normally the temple is closed Monday in the winter. Today we had scheduled two families coming in around 9am to the baptistry. We were able to do many family files there and had a great time with fathers and grandfathers doing the baptisms for their families. A father baptized his wife and 3 children. The grandfather baptized his 2 grandsons.

Monday, May 30, 2011. Our Branch in the Baptistry. Saturday morning our little branch came to the temple to do baptisms with the youth. The same day there was a Priest/Laurel conference in Brockport, but we still had 6 kids and 5 adults. It was a very good experience. There were also 2 small families.
