I left St. Louis in 2000 and moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where I found new inspiration in the desert. While I was in Phoenix, I attended Arizona State University, where I studied three-dimensional art in the studio. Of course, I continued working on my drawing at home. In 2008, I received my BFA in Ceramics and Sculpture from Arizona State University and soon after decided to venture further west. Kurt Thompson, 2009.
