Tomorrow is the day the US Navy was founded so there is going to be a 5k run commemorating the event. I am going to get my fat behind out there and run it too. I have been hitting the treadmill pretty hard since I got here. Unfortunately I have been hitting the DFAC just as hard. I am very interested to see what kind of time I pull down.
