Thursday, May 17, 2012. Jon was once going to school for finance and wasn't enjoying it. He later decided to go to helicopter school. Two weeks after starting helicopter training, the school went bankrupt, which the timing and happening of turned out to be a blessing. Thursday, 2 February 2012. It was a long cold wait in the Zeiss hide for one of the bitterns to show itself in the reed bed but well worth it in the end. Wednesday, 14 December 2011. There is a pleasant walk from the hotel along the rocky coast, if the wind is in the right direction there can be spectacular waves breaking near the lighthouse.
