Directory slapd[45]: daemon: accept(8) failed errno=24 (Too many open files). If you have this problem use this command in the Terminal to check to see how many connections there are:. Sudo lsof -i grep -i slapd. If probably should see no more than 50 connections, but if you see thousands, then that is probably your issue. Issue this command to restart slapd:. May 31, 2011.

Well, when I upgraded our Confluence server from 3.5 to 4.0, I discovered my previous trick using the Include macro no longer worked.
