Tuesday, July 31, 2012. Shave Ice. Our FAVORITE! Shave ice is our new favorite hawaiian treat! I love snow cones but after eating shave ice I will never go back. The shave ice is so fine that flavorings are absorbed into the ice instead of settling to the bottom of the cup as with a snow cone. It melts in your mouth instantly! Saturday, April 24, 2010. Matt needed to go to CA for work, so we added on a stop in San Francisco to see the Giants. Play It was so much fun. This was Kylie's first Gian. Game, she liked the cotton candy and popcorn best! Matt was thrilled to be there for the unveiling of the team's ORANGE. Jerseys and to see Tim Lincecum pitch! It was also Snuggie. Wednesday, January 20, 2010. We enjoyed a delicious Christmas Eve feast at Matt's parents house. Every year we read, "A Star in the Pasture." It is tradition. Matt's family read it when they were kids on Christmas Eve. This year John put the pictures from the story on a big screen so everyone could see! We also had a Slipper Exchange! Everyone drew names and gave slippers! At home later, all ready for bed in their Christmas Jammies! Kylie and Ella went to see Santa! Kylie was all about Santa this year!
