Kyle's Development Site - Math Engine

My Math Engine Library was made specifically for the graphics engine. But could be used in any C visual studio project. It’s designed to be quick, robust, and safe. This math engine can be used to create vectors, matrices, and quaternion structures that can be manipulated in a number of ways. For example, I use this math library in my graphics engine to create quaternions for the local and world matrices of the fbx models, and to create vectors to calculate camera position and movement.

This graphics engine is a continuing work in progress. Ultimately, the goal is to be able to load in fbx model files with their geometry, texture, and animation data, and be able to animate them correctly. Kyle's Development Site - FBX Converter

My FBX Converter was made specifically for the graphics engine. Im able to extract model geometry and texture data with it. The data is saved into binary files which I create in the program to hold everything I want to take from the file. My future for this project is to add code to grab multiple texture data if a model has more than one texture file associated with it, and pull out better animation data. I created a graphics GUI interface in my Tools Programming course where we created a mini level builder from scratch. This interface allows the user to open FBX files and select/move/scale/duplicate/manipulate them all inside of the graphic window. The user can save the scene which saves the models in their exact positions into a file format I’ve setup myself. The scene can then be reloaded into the GUI. Way as my professor liked to put it.
