July 15, 2011. For the 4th of july my family headed up to midway for the long weekend. we went to the outlets in pc, went to the oakley rodeo, had a birthday dinner for steph and garrett, watched lots of movies, hungout together, and watched the fireworks from the balcony. Saw these 2 cuties there]. Last but not least, dad's favorite spot to veg in the whole world]. We had such a fun weekend and i'm wishing we were back up in midway right now! I miss your cute fam! November 27, 2010. February 20, 2011. Yesterday we went to wimbledon. i have always wanted to go there and see the courts and everything- so finally seeing it in person and not on tv was fun! It was a cold and rainy day. which kind of sucks, but it was nice because there were barely any people there. we ate lunch at the cafe, bought souvenirs at the store, went to the museum, and saw centre court. December 16, 2010. After a long semester. i am happy that school is finally over and it is time for christmas break! No more transcribing words to their phonetic symbols, no more tests and papers, and no more statistics! Considering that i had a hard to understand teacher for stats, who couldn't speak english very well. so for more than half of the semester i thought he was teaching us about arpha. January 29, 2011. This week has gone by really fast. we were really busy and we are all getting more used to living here. a few highlights from the week were:. 1 dover and canterbury. on wednesday we drove to dover to see the white cliffs and to see the castle there. of course the day we go the castle is closed, so we only saw the cliffs and then left! I am home from london and it feels a bit strange. although seeing my family, eating real food, sleeping in my own bed, and taking a hot shower was nice. i have been in a weird mood for the past few days. maybe it's because i am having withdrawals and having the classic case of.
