Armagetto Fabulous: Sea Monster
http://armagettofabulous.blogspot.com/2012/11/sea-monster.html
This Week's Theme: Holidays! Armagetto Fabulous on Tumblr! Wednesday, November 28, 2012. Cause we were eating lunch today at Chipotle, and AF came up. We are not dead! That's right, I'm giving our blog a bump. This one is a bit older, but it was fun to do. The idea was based on a Cthulhu type monster for a possible game encounter for an MMORPG (see how the poor creature has been scared by the ghostly man in the odd boat :) ). Monday, October 14, 2013. Fallcon Wrap Up 2013. Fallcon has come and gone , and just all the years before it was a great show. Huge thanks to all who came out and made it such a great day. To commemorate the day here is a commission that was ordered pre-con, based on Metallica's Seek and Destroy. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Signs I may be a blogaholic. The snow fell and the wind blew as a degree in comic art was imparted to a former film maker. Armed with this tandem of academic achievement he walked off into the cold, snowy night. He draws. He teaches. He cries. The squirrels plot against him. View my complete profile. I'm willing to draw just about anything within reason.

Sunday, July 20, 2014. Last Projector Cover is done. Or at least I think it is. We'll see what I hear back, but it feels like its in a good spot. Here are the three variations. The publisher has their own designers so want one copy free of text, and then included the two text treatments. I prefer the one with the name at the top. Again, we'll see. Fun project all around. Tuesday, February 24, 2015. One Cover, Two Awards. Earlier in the year the cover I made for David James Keaton's the Last Projector. Won the 2014 Golden Goodis Award for Best Cover of the Year. And now it has also picked up the 2014 This Is Horror. Award for Best Cover of the Year! Not only that, but soon the book will be released in paperback. And since we made the hardcover look like a VHS tape, the paperback will look like a mix tape! Seriously, it's pretty rad. Congrats. Well deserved.
