Monday, August 11, 2008. We are off to Melbourne! Christmas will be in Melbourne this year. I can't wait! It will probably be the last time our WHOLE family will be all together again, so I will be soaking up every minute of it! It will also be the first time Jeremy will meet all my extended family. the poor guy. I am glad we got married before he met them - otherwise he could have very easily changed his mind! Not only am I excited to see family but. December seems like forever away! Trip to the USA.

Sunday, March 20, 2011. This is what we started with! Laela LOVED painting with her hands! She preferred the hands over the paintbrush. It was so cute though when she didn’t want the paint on. Her hands anymore, she kept rubbing it on her face and was trying to get the paint off her hands by rubbing them together, but it ended up making more mess. ha ha ha. Ohhh Laela! The 3 trouble makers – Ashton, Laela and Gracie. I hope that paint came out of her clothes! March 22, 2011 at 2:30 PM. Trip to the USA.

Tuesday, December 1, 2009. Our first Vegie Garden! One thing I have been looking forward to do ever since I had Laela was to plant a vegie garden. The house we now live had the garden bed boxes already in place so all it needed was some serious weeding and then it would be ready to plant some vegies. Wednesday, May 12, 2010. So I have to admit, I struggle with Laela'a allergies when it comes to thinking of new and exciting things to cook! I was looking online for a cake that I could make that would be nut free, egg free and dairy free. AND I found one! Today Carly and Ashton, Jessie and Grace, Jackie and Caleb came over for hot chocolates and I decided to make the cake for morning tea, so yes they were to be my guinea pigs for taste testing the cake! I think I may have found Laela's birthday cake :).

Monday, February 28, 2011. A few of the Mums in our ward got together and took our kids to ‘Chipmunks’ (a HUGE indoor funky, awesome playground). It was SO much fun! I loved it just as much as Laela! We were there for a few hours and could have stayed longer if Laela didn’t need a sleep. There were blow up castles to jump on, slide down, tunnels, puzzles, Merry-go-round, heaps of stuff! Wednesday, July 7, 2010. The other day Laela was having a bit of a grumpy day and I couldn't leave her with her toys to get dinner ready without her getting upset! So she joined me in the kitchen instead. helping! I must admit. it was pretty funny watching her feel the vegetables and even put them in her mouth raw and not being phased by it at all.
