From 105W to 42E. Teaching English in the Republic of Georgia. The last week or so has been pretty busy around here. The biggest event has been a meningitis outbreak in Georgia that has closed schools across the country for more than a week. This past weekend was supposed to be a three day weekend, but it has turned into eleven dayer. Apparently children at the kindergarten in my village have it but nobody seems to worried. Within Georgia different regions have their own kinds of khachapuri, some better than others. Adjaruli from the region of Adjara is probably the least healthy and the best tasting. The last couple days have seen a steady decease in people coming to school and by this morning there were only five teachers and about 15 students. Those numbers should be 25 and 100.
