My 2nd goal to lose 10kg by 25 July 2012. WOW, I can hardly believe it😀. Now I guess I need to make ANOTHER new goal! My lowest known weight as an adult is 76.9kg (and that was right before my 30th birthday). So I will be very happy to get into the 70’s again! Planning to go hard for the next 5 weeks!

Suffice to say the last 2 months have been full of stress and grief and I’m now my heaviest in 10 YEARS (not counting pregnancy weight). I’m embarrassed and ashamed to admit it out loud. I have to do something, clearly what I’m doing isn’t working. Ready, Set, GO!
