I love baking and taking photos. So, this blog is all about baking and, of course, food photography. Saturday, 9 May 2015. I love Cinnamon Buns. These are very sticky, light and very Cinnamony. It's good to be generous with the cinnamon sugar filling as it gives a very distinct flavour. They are great for breakfast, coffee break . or anytime really. You can add crushed walnuts and/or sultanas in the filling, but I still love the simple Cinnamon flavour. 10g fast active dried yeast. 275ml (9fl oz) milk.

I have been searching for a low-fat lemon tart recipe for quite sometime. Then, I found a "relatively" low-fat recipe for my favourite lemon tart from the BBC GoodFood website. 50g butter , cut in pieces. 1 tbsp icing sugar. 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Plus 1 egg white. 140g icing sugar , plus extra for dusting. 2 tbsp finely grated lemon. Zest (about 3 lemons).

Kyoko's photography blog. The Last Flower Standing. Here is the last Amaryllis standing. We planted a bulb in a flower pot in October last year after being given a gift from friend. It produced beautiful flowers from Christmas to February. When the second bunch of flowers came into bloom the stem couldn’t cope with the weight of the flowers and snapped! So, we put the damaged stem in a vase as the stem had 3 flower heads. Six very large flowers came from the one bulb. By kyokobeaumont on April 5, 2012.

This is a very easy and satisfying muffin recipe which you can enjoy anytime of the year. However, somehow, the flavour of almond, orange and dried fruit creates a very Christmassy aroma. It's a great treat coming back from a brisk wintry walk to have these with a warm drink of coffee, tea or even mulled wine. :). Ingredients (for 10 muffins).
