About our Hikarimochi rice cakes. 辛いことも数多くありますが、私たちが作るひかり餅を食べておいしいと言ってくださるお客様の声が励みとなってよりおいしいお餅を提供できるように努力を惜しまず手間を省かずやってまいりました。 Our Hikarimochi rice cakes are hand made from beginning to end. So that we can eat delicious mochi rice cakes every day, we start production at 4:00 am. My wife, Mari, and I make the rice cakes together. We have had a few difficulties, but our reward is to hear our customers say It’s delicious!
