This chair from IKEA. I'm planning a trip next week during spring break, and pretty much can't wait! I love that this chair is fun, looks like it would be impossible not to be comfortable, fits at a desk but doesn't scream OFFICE CHAIR, is height adjustable and is not on wheels. LOVE. I'd been waiting until I moved down here to find a spot for it, and somehow, it needed to be framed and hung up immediately! We catered our first event at Myers Pointe on Saturday. It was a lot of work, in a challenging kitchen, but it was lots of fun, too, and the guests were all happy! I love that we're using some of the profits to update the kitchen for future use! Looking forward to the next one already! The lack of photos is due to 1. not enough time during food prep 2. I misplaced my camera battery charger 3 weeks ago, and both batteries are nearly dead. Still waiting for the replacement charger to arrive. 160; . Grandm...

It was truly amazing to be at Brunstad again. It's my home away from home, place to meet old friends, hear God's Word in a way that you don't get to anywhere else, place that I love! I'm so thankful that I got to go, and in a strange sort of way, it felt like closure. I walked down to House 33, the last day that I was there, to see how it was going. Of girls and geese. My dad has a soft spot in his heart for the geese that return to our pond every year, and breed a new gaggle of goslings. He keeps a stash of stale bread in the garage, and immediately upon their return in the spring, he starts to make friends with them. She would get big round eyes, and say, "Goosh! And it's definitely a hot one! The Fry an Egg in Your Car. Wait for a really stinkin' hot day. Check the temperature on the dashboard of your car. It should be at least 180 F. Be sure to wear footwear. The blacktop is probably as hot as the inside of the car! Pre-heat skillet and butter on dashboard for 10 minutes. I was walking with some girls in downtown Dover, when I spotted these beauties, and stopped to take a picture. As we were walking away, I heard someone calling to us. I turned and looked, to see an older gentleman coming towards us, saying something that we couldn't understand, over and over. "What? I said. "Do you know what those flowers are called", he asks again. We look at each other, and back at him, and shake our heads. Oh boy, it's been awhile! Someone made the comment that my "love life." appeared to be dead. Hah! It was pretty busy during the last weeks of the semester, and I slipped, and then couldn't post anything new before I posted the old stuff (which wasn't inspiring at that point). I've also been posting some stuff on Facebook, but it's just not the same. So, here I go with the first in a flurry of "old" posts to try and get caught up again! I found clementines in the store a few days ago! There were only 2 bags left in the case and they caught my eye as I passed by. We stood and looked at each other for a minute, and somehow, they ended up in my cart! Clementines mean Christmas and Christmas is only 56 days, 13 hours and 52 minutes away! Come one, come all!
