Me Teach Pretty One Day. Wednesday, March 21, 2012. The weather has been unseasonably wonderful! No rain, just sunshine and highs in the 70s! I feel so motivated to get stuff done around the apartment! It's also pretty fortunate that the weather got really nice after daylight savings time so everyone has an extra hour of light at the end of the work day in which to enjoy being outside! Friday, February 26, 2010. Here is a quick preview of my party tomorrow. Many more images to come :). I can't post without including our little trouble maker. He gave me a little scare this week but after many expensive tests and a day at the vet he is recovering well with some antibiotics and new food that should be easier on his stomach. Rowan Patrick Johnson was born 9:14pm on June 9 at 8lbs 2oz! Everyone is healthy and happy! My parents are heading down to Madison today to meet Rowan (their first grandbaby)! Me Teach Pretty One Day. Tuesday, May 21, 2013. So long, farewell. My dear friend Jessi is leaving Pittsburgh tomorrow. Yes, she's leaving tomorrow and yes, I'm still in denial about it. I was just at their house last night and it still didn't seem real, even though EVERYTHING in their house is gone/packed. I think in about four weeks when my life settles back down (it's seriously crazy busy right now) I'll be super duper sad and lonely. Have fun on your crazy cross-country adventure! Me Teach Pretty One Day. Sunday, September 30, 2012. We leave for Hawaii on Saturday! I can't wait to be on vacation! Hopefully the weather is gorgeous and we have tons of fun. I know that I want to go snorkling, see Pearl Harbor, hike Diamond's Head and eat dinner on the beach at sunset/evening. And of course, go swimming in the ocean! It's the first vacation that Matthew and I have taken together that isn't for a family function, wedding or going home to EC. So basically, our first vacation together.

Me Teach Pretty One Day. Wednesday, November 28, 2012. Dog and Cat Friends. This video is hilarious! Especially if you're a dog or cat owner:). Sunday, November 25, 2012. Thanksgiving weekend has been wonderful! Matthew and I cooked our very own teeny tiny turkey on Thursday and made lots of delicious sides! I'm so proud of us for making all of our own food and for sticking to eating leftovers since then. Today has been super productive! I have tomorrow off from school too! Should be an awesome night!

Me Teach Pretty One Day. Monday, February 20, 2012. I filed my taxes tonight:) It's always a satisfying feeling! I'm thankful my dad taught me how to do my taxes when I had my first job. Filing only one W-2 is MUCH easier than filing six (like I did this year)! I can't believe that it's already February 20th! This month is flying by! March and April are already pretty busy, we're going home to EC in May and then summer camp starts! I can't believe we're getting married in a little over five months! Hope ...

Me Teach Pretty One Day. Saturday, March 30, 2013. Life has been busy! I started my long-term substitute position and am really enjoying it so far. The kids (for the most part) are good and there is a student teacher for a few weeks so that is really helping the transition. I don't have to learn all the kids' names, policies/procedures of the school, do lesson plans all at the same time. It's a nice slow transition, I like it:). Yeah So, Friday was a glorious day off! What a glorious morning it has been!
