It's time for Christmas candy again, so I have listed here for your enjoyment my slight modification of the classic Fantasy Fudge recipe that USED to be on the back of the Jet-Puffed marshmallow creme jar before they CHANGE it :P. 2/3 c evaporated milk (1 small 5-oz can). 1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (3/4 of a standard package). 1 - 7 oz jar marshmallow creme. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Friday, April 24, 2009. I just finished decorating Melody's birthday cake for tomorrow. I admit - I cheated and bought an iced layer cake from the grocery store. A couple years back, I posted a recipe for Curried Pumpkin Soup, which, while amazing, called for cream-of-something as a base - which is unusual for me. I made this season's first batch today, and it was basically awesome. So, without further ado, here is my Curried Pumpkin Bisque, Revised Edition. 1-2 cups of pumpkin puree. 2-4 tablespoons of butter. 1-2 small onions, minced.
