Sunday, October 12, 2008. I was in St. George because my brother Dee had open heart surgery. They found a growth growing around his heart and were not sure what is was. The Heart surgeons in St. George. All wanted to be there for the surgery, so you could say he had the best of the best. He has a nice long scar up the front of his chest. He is doing well after a really rough first night. I hear he is home now. He has a 6 week vacation, and he is not looking forward to it. Minnesota, visitors, babies.

Tuesday, July 29, 2008. Kitchen, cast and Pickler. We have spent the w. Hole summer redoing a lot in our kitchen. I should say Jim spent the summer doing this. It all started with deciding to get a new floor. BJ and Jim worked hard to get the floor ready and they started the project. Monday, November 17, 2008. November 2nd both our grand daughters were blessed and both fathers did and great job. Every one was here except for Kristine, James and Owen. We really missed them. Wednesday, November 21, 2007. Got to love St. George. It was also over her birthday, we decorated the living room with streamers and a Happy Birthday sign. Tuesday, August 5, 2008. Where did summer go? Here it is Aug. already and Jim will be going back to school Aug.12 th. He has teachers meetings, and has been asked to be on a facuilty. Committee so has to go back a day earlier. It is always hard. For me to have him gone when he has been around druing. The summer.
