Thursday, September 8, 2011. Chocolate temptation with biscuits (kormos sokolatas or mosaiko). Easy, quick and delicious dessert! Greece is known as chocolate log (kormos sokolatas ). And all the Greek moms have made it at least once! A dessert with only 5 ingredients. Believe me your kids will love it! 250 gr vegetable butter. 225 gr Petit beurre biscuits ( I used whole grain). 5 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa. 390 gr sweetened condensed milk. 1 tbsp vanilla extract. With the unsweetened cocoa. I heart nap time.
