These darn posts seem to be farther and farther apart, but what can you do, a brother is busy you know. Finally, some good weather is upon us, I was starting to get sick of the wind and the snow. Now there is absolutely no excuse for sitting on the couch. for those of you that like to be outdoors or those that like to get exercise outdoors, your excuses are gone. This pic gives you an idea what to expect.

The Pussification of the NHL continues.now the NHL is considering banning fighting within the first 5 minutes of a hockey game because of what happened a few nights ago. Now this is a way to start a hockey game. This was a couple nights ago between the Devils and the Rangers. Opening face off. The NHL has become the No Hit League and now they are looking to change the rules again. Just let them play! NSFW (not safe for work).there is boobs.

Craig Veale, you know'em as Egger. Wednesday, July 17, 2013. First one done…. I am a little late writing this blog, but what can you do. Back in May I did my first Tri of the year in Sylvan Lake. It was a sprint distance tri with a pool swim. Leading into the race, I had done quite a bit of swimming, but small amounts of running and biking. With my sister also doing the race, of course the trash talking ensued leading up to it. And the final results came in…. My time was 1:47:19. Yep, you read that right...

Craig Veale, you know'em as Egger. Friday, January 16, 2015. 1 Put half a cup of egg whites in a blender. Next add in one egg. 2 Add 3/4 cup of oats. 3 Blend it (you don't have to blend on hi, low to medium is fine). Before I blend, I have my tflan pan already on the element, on medium temp. 4 Once done blending, spray pan with Pam. Dump blender contents into pan. Grab a handful of blueberries and sprinkle them onto the pancake. Also sprinkle cinnamon onto pancake. 5 Cook roughly 2 min and flip.
