Fly on the wings of time with me and return to a previous era, where chivalry was alive, castles dominated the landscape and Frederick Barbarossa ruled the Holy Roman Empire. Imagine proud Conan-like Germanic knights returning from the Crusades, courting beautiful ladies and building huge, imposing castles. Times were simpler, yet more complicated. Imagine what life was like back then…. What is your flight of fancy? Thank you for joining me on mine….

Lacey Falcone is a penname. ‘Lacey’ is a call-sign that the fighter pilots in Korea gave me. The falcon is my university mascot, as well as the designation for the F-16 fighter aircraft that I supported in Korea. My real name is Jo Anne Pinney. I currently live in Germany. When I am not writing, I enjoy traveling, skiing, scuba diving, hiking and of course, reading.
