A work in progress and thoughts along the way. Monday, January 12, 2009. A Year Like No Other. 2008 was an amazing year. I loved being pregnant and becoming a mom has been wonderful. I simply can't imagine anything better. I am happy to be a wife, that title along with all the other titles that apply like daughter, sister, aunt, friend and so on. Today was Joey's eight week check up, which meant he would get several vaccinations today. Jamie and I have done our research and decided to vaccinate Joey, that choice made the only hard part now is actually seeing (or hearing if you don't look) as our son gets his shots.
