I feel like it has been an entire year since I have blogged! But I am so glad to be on here tonight. I'm just going to get right to the point. I have been crafting up a literal storm in our house. I have been making soap, this other product I can't even talk about yet, signs, banners, cards, letters for my walls, and all kinds of random home decor projects. Today, and I am so excited! Detox Water Recipe #2. Okay, some of you may have read my earlier post. And since then, I have done some research and done some experimenting. Here are the results and I feel completely better since I have been drinking just an 8oz glass a day. 1 Lemon Packet (pure lemon). 2 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar. 4 Cups of Pure Apple Juice. 4 Green Tea bags. Combine Lemond packet, Apple Juice and Apple Cider Vinegar in 2 quart pitcher. Boil water for Green Tea. But only drink about 8oz per day.

I have read and read and read and read too many posts about this "Detox Water" that supposedly helps you lose weight. I don't know if it actually works, but I figured if I found one that tastes good and could be a good source of vitamins (C) or really anything good since, well, I had Pizza Hut for dinner tonight, umm… I'll try it!
