Needlework Nights: February 2012
http://needleworknights.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Thursday, February 23, 2012. What to do with free BOM patterns. OK, so call me OCD but here's what I do with all my free BOM (block of the month) patterns:. As you can imagine, things get rather hectic around the first of each month as most BOM patterns are released then. I just pull out my binder, open my spreadsheet, and start downloading a few at a time. This system enables me to check back throughout the month and be sure I've downloaded all the patterns in a timely fashion. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Monday, March 16, 2009. New Project in Progress. I had a wild hair this evening and picked up a couple of skeins of Red Heart Super Saver acrylic yarn (worsted weight) in the Ocean colorway (lavender, pale green, pale blue). I had seen this interesting pair of lavender Fan Edged Armwarmers at Dragonfaeriee Crochets! Blog ( http:/ dragonfaeriee.blogspot.com/2009/02/fan-edged-armwarmers.html. Doing seams or joining! The three ladies who were there were very friendly and encouraging about all aspects of cro...

Needlework Nights: Good intentions
http://needleworknights.blogspot.com/2015/01/good-intentions.html
Friday, January 2, 2015. Yes, well, ahem. Seems I have lots of good intentions. But haven't accomplished much in the last two years, including. Blogging about my needlework. The truth of the matter is that I have done quite a lot of needlework since February of 2012. I just haven't photographed them or blogged about them. My only excuse is that 2013 and 2014 were doozies. Pippin and I were both sick a lot. He has since crossed the Rainbow Bridge (11 Sept 2014). I miss him so much. View my complete profile.

Needlework Nights: August 2009
http://needleworknights.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Wednesday, August 5, 2009. More of the same. It's still very hot here in Houston. Way too hot to run around to the yarn shops – the heat index was supposed to be around 110°F today! I've spent more time working on organizing my patterns than doing needlework these past several days. I've already used two boxes of 200-count plastic pages to store my patterns. If I have time tomorrow before I go to my usual Thursday Ravelry meet-up I will run by Office Depot and pick up another box. Then there's the issue ...
