My Story, Plain and Simple. Luckiest Woman in the World. Gone, But Not Forever. November 1st, 2005, is a day I will never forget. I woke up after a night of unexplained. Anxiety, and prepared for the 30 minute drive to my Doctor’s office. I was 22 weeks. Pregnant with my 2nd child, and today was the big ultrasound appointment. I had no. I decided to get Isaac and Mara out of the house and we headed for the library. Isaac was THRILLED with the snow on the ground. He walked right into it, bent over and touched it and said "Teee heee.
