My first half ironman is done now onto other adventures. I love to do all sorts of races and here are my stories. Monday, May 18, 2009. It's 2009 and I am having fun! I did a Gutbuster Mt.Tzouhalem. short course. Well it's been a while since I last blogged! This year I have been focused on my career so triathlons have taken a back seat but will get back to them soon. I have some time on my hands right now so I decided to do some Gutbuster races. Fun stuff! The climb did not end! He HeU said it, I didn't.

My first half ironman is done now onto other adventures. I love to do all sorts of races and here are my stories. Monday, May 12, 2008. Better late then never. It's been a few weeks since my last post, sorry about that! I have been very busy in the application process for the RCMP. I am very excited to have made it this far. which now I am finishing my paper work and sending it away. I did my fitness test on Friday and couldn't have imagined how hard that was going to be! Better late then never.

I was very very nervous about this sprint because it would be my first open water race. I didn't get a lot of sleep the night before but I had everything packed and was ready to go.
