Friday, February 25, 2011. A few scenes from the past 24 hours. Lori finally got to blow out her candles after relighting due to over exubertant 4 year olds. Maes being converted to the gospel of ice cream! It didn't take much convincing. Aunt Lori sharing some of her new children's books with her favorite little people. Maes trying to 'pants' his big brother. Olivier feeling a little under the weather from a cold and just before he asked Daddy to take him home to bed. Here is Kevin looking thoughtful.

The handle Fell Off. Sunday, August 03, 2014. Well, it hasn't been quite a year since I last posted, but getting closer every day. After reading another blog I felt inspired to write. We have had a wonderful summer. Our family took a trip that included the Manti pageant and a large section of the west coast. It was so nice to have time together and nothing scheduled! The handle Fell Off. Monday, April 16, 2012. Found this recipe: http:/ www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/quick-cottage-cheese-recipe/index.html. Had to give it a try. It is so unbelievably easy! You end up with a lot of whey.if only you had some use for that. My milk got above 120 - so my cheese was more stringy and less curdy. Still, very tasty! Went to a production of Schoolhouse Rock Jr Live and after the above experience- I'm thinking - Knowledge is power! Have a great week! The Handle Fell off.
