Adventure in the Trees, Mountain Bike Trails, Pony Trekking - St Leonard des Bois. Canoeing, Sailing, Windsurfing - Sillé le-Guillaume, St Leonard des Bois. Fishing - Many options for fishing, probably best to obtain up-to-date information from Tourist Information to be sure of fishing legally with a permit. Golf - courses at Arconnay (near Alençon), Bagnoles-de-l'Orne and Laval (reputedly the best). Tennis - Villaines le Juhel, Fresnay sur Sarthe, St Léonard des Bois. Website by James Curl.

La Fretissiere has three spacious en suite rooms:. Room One: Double and single bed and a further put-up bed if required. Room Two: Two single beds. Room Three: Double bed, single bed, double and single put-up bed. All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities. Complimentary toiletries and hair dryer provided. Under cover parking for motorbikes. Bicycles available for hire. Traveling with a horse? Small clean paddock (no charge) or stabling (10 euros per horse). Website by James Curl.

St Suzanne beautiful historic Medieval village. Alpes Mancelles - The Alpes are an area of outstanding beauty. Renowned for many walking and cycling routes that attract all ages throughout the year along with canoeing on the beautiful. St Céneri-le-Gérei - a village in the Alpes Mancelles, possibly the 'prettiest village in France' The church overlooks the village and river and is beautifully lit at night.
